• Package Transfers – Packages may be transferred to another person if you are unable to use them. Please contact me directly to arrange a transfer.
• No-Shows – Missed appointments without notice will not be refunded or credited.
• Late Cancellations – Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are non-refundable.
• Rescheduling – To avoid charges, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule your appointment.
